What can coaching add to your training?

As a Sports Physiotherapist, I’m on the front line of all the injuries caused by running, and I want to do more. Many injuries result from either too much or too little load, inconsistency, lack of variety, or unstructured training. For me, it’s easy to say it’s smarter to avoid these things because I know hoe. That’s where I wanted to bridge the gap as both a runner and a physiotherapist. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, just starting with running/ triathlon, or looking to improve your performance and reach your goals, I’m here to help.

I generally work with a four-week periodization plan: three weeks of building up, followed by one recovery week (de-load week). This can vary depending on the individual, and we’ll discuss whether this approach suits you in advance.

The most important thing to me is that the plan fits your needs, your schedule, how many training sessions you can do, and your level of workload. We’ll talk this through and fine-tune it as we go along.

The training plans are written in the online platform TrainingPeaks. You’ll receive a link from me to create an account and connect with me as your coach. Every workout uploaded to TrainingPeaks syncs with your sports device and vice versa.

I review the data I receive from your workouts to monitor if the training load is at the right level and ensure there’s no undertraining or overtraining.

Running coaching


€60 per 4weeks

Included:

  • Personalized running plan every four weeks
  • Goal-oriented
  • Personal account on TrainingPeaks
  • Training schedule tailored to the days you’re available
  • Option to include cross-training (swimming, cycling, strength training, etc.)
  • Adjustments within the current four weeks if needed, for example, in case of illness, signs of over-/undertraining, schedule changes, or pain complaints
  • Initial commitment of 12 weeks (€180), then cancelable every four weeks before the start of the next block

Running + strength coaching

€75 per 4weeks

Included:

  • Full `Running coaching` package
  • Addition of a personalized strength training plan
  • Specific to your abilities, goals, areas of improvement in efficiency and performance
  • Can be performed either at home or in the gym
  • Initial commitment of 12 weeks (€225), then cancelable every four weeks before the start of the next block

Triathlon coaching

 

€95 per 4weeks

Included: 

  • Personalized triathlon plan every four weeks
  • Goal-oriented
  • Personal account on TrainingPeaks
  • Training schedule tailored to the days you’re available
  • Whithin your availability the swim, bike and run will be planned individually and in brick-training.
  • Adjustments within the current four weeks if needed, for example, in case of illness, signs of over-/undertraining, schedule changes, or pain complaints
  • Initial commitment of 12 weeks (€285), then cancelable every four weeks before the start of the next block
